New Class- Senior Functional Fitness for 62 and Over!

FREE FOR MEMBERS OF THE LONE TREE COMMUNITY WELLNESS CENTER

NONMEMBERS ARE ALSO ADMITTED FOR A FEE

Lone Tree Community Wellness Center personal trainer, Tom Dickey will be offering a Senior Functional Fitness class for people age 62 and over beginning Tues., Sept. 4th in Lone Tree Community Wellness Center at 9:30 AM.  This class will help seniors with following areas of fitness:

Balance

Joint and Grip Strength

Lower body stability

Arm and Shoulder strength and endurance

Proper breathing techniques

Normal everyday chores: using a step stool, stepping over obstacles, walking for cardiovascular health, sitting in and getting out a chair, etc.

Accident prevention

We will also add practices based on suggestions from the participants.
